Rei is an average woman with a very well built body. She has firm muscles that are not too large, but offer a tone figure that gives her a tight body, making her extremely attractive. Her chest is fairly large for her body proportions and gives her a slight advantage when attempting to go undercover as a waitress or get close to a target. the rest of her body is lean and toned, giving her a large amount of sex appeal. Rei's hair is a dark shade of purple. and is kept in a ponytail on the back of her head. Her hair is long and illustrious despite its dark color and the constant quick movement and damage it takes as a result of the ninja lifestyle that Rei has chosen to live. Her skin is a dark tanned color provided by her clan and life in the mountain sun. Her golden skin is another one of her many weapons of her looks that men crave. She uses this against them for infiltration purposes. Rei has golden eyes that have a deep pool of emotions that are never revealed. These eyes never give feelings or thoughts away, but only stare empty into the bottom of the other person's soul. Her eyes glow a bright white when her Tenkougan is active and give off a powerful white aura. Rei's face is beautiful and complimented by her full pink lips.

Rei wears  a backless, black sleeveless undershirt made of a tight material that molds to her body. This gives a full range of motion and hinders her in no way. This undershirt goes on above a tight wrap of cloth around her chest to keep it from moving around during quick movements and get in the way. She  wears a long beige scarf around her neck that hangs down her back and ends right before her waist. This can be pulled up to hide her identity if she wishes. Over the undershirt she wears an orange overshirt with two white straps on each shoulder. This overshirt tends to get blown off when using her special style and activating the Angel's visage part of her KKG. It is held in place by the straps and crosses in the center like a kimono top. On her hands she wears  long beige wrist warmers, secured by black bands that keep them in place. Under those warmers are steel bracers, allowing weaker weaponry to be deflected without need of powers.

Rei's lower body clothing starts with a long beige sash that ties around her waist and hangs down slightly on her right hip. Her pants are made of the same material as her undershirt and molds tightly to her body, allowing that same motion without restriction. She also wears long beige leg warmers that cover metal shin guards. The weights are held under those. They are a small wrapped package with seals on it, giving it massive weight in a small area. There are also four different hidden blades under that warmer on each leg. The final piece of her outfit are small black padded shoes that allow completely silent shunshin and any other movement. Rei also owns a long black cloak that she is able to put on during journeys or when she is hiding her identity.


[b]Personality:[/b]

Rei has a very complicated, but interesting personality. The first aspect of her personality is her intuition into the human mind. She can read body language like no other and after having one conversation with a person, she knows the type of person they are. Even the best liars, ninja, she can read like a book. Her intuition has often lead her to stay with the best of people and develop lasting friendships, while avoiding people that are not honest. This kept her out of bad situations and let her have the upper hand on people that dont have good intentions. Noone can avoid Rei's eye for character.

The next aspect of her character is a little more diverse. Rei is extremely playful. She often takes leave,  and has fun with other people. She often has playful conversation and flirts with men around the village. Many of them take it seriously only to notice later that she was not being serious. Rei also has a habit of rating other women's breasts on a scale from one to ten. She will quickly appear behind them and fondle them, rating them while they freak out in front of her. She laughs and continues to do this on a regular basis. Some take her actions more seriously than others, but the ones that get mad are just more fun to her. While Katsumi seems good natured enough, she also has a serious side. When she takes on this seriousness, her looks have so much power and authority, even the strongest of wills crumble before her. At this point, many become scared and do what she says no matter what it is. Rei prefers not to take on this type of role, but when she needs to, she can make her authority and power instant law.

Another aspect is her disreguard for formalities of her position. Rei is a ninja, but will not accept that she cannot help in other ways than just killing. She will often dissapear and train alone, or deal with formalities of her clan. The clan needs her often, and she hates having to perform for them. It has to be done, however, and Rei does it without complaining. While she disreguards formalities she also sees the need for true laws. She enforces the laws, but in times of need will break them herself if it is needed.

The final aspect of her personality is her loyalty to her people. She loves her country and wishes that a true time of peace would actually come. She smiles and feels pride when young genin speak of learning their ninja techniques to save lives and protect people. Despite her love of those ideals, she knows the real truth. Ninja are tools meant for killing and maiming. She harbors no illusions to her purpose. She will kill and do her duty without hesitation. She also seems to have some sort of attraction for cats and transforms into one frequently to run around the village unnoticed.

Once activated, the clan member's eye glows a bright white. Depending on the user's ability it can be more or less powerful. The most powerful users eyes glow brighter than the beginning users. The abilities of this eye are also dependent on the user. They overall powers are the same, but the overall level of those powers grow exponentially. The abilities of this eye are based on advantages strictly for taijutsu. The ability of this eye is the understanding of movement and the speed of eye movement. The understanding of movement allows for the user to see the type of style and use its weakness against it. The eye movement speed allows for the user to move at any speed without hindering its original vision. Therefore, the user never suffers from high speed tunnel vision.

The main clan ability also lies in Taijutsu. The clan member can take their special white chakra and materialize it around their bodies. This materialized chakra is then run back through their bodies and pressurized in their chakra points. This enhances their entire body for hand to hand combat. The chakra itself can be used directly as a weapon, or just as an enhancement for their body, giving them almost inhuman speed and strength. This ability is extremely powerful, and only the masters of the clan may use the full strength of this clan. Their chakra can also be inserted into the opponents body in an alternate rotation of their current chakra, causing the opponent to control of their body for short periods of time.(Must be within taijutsu range and being attacked)

The Shihōin Clan originated in a very secluded mountain range in the lightning country. The place was isolated from almost all other groups, so when the others banded together for protection against bandits, the Shihōin were left alone to fend for themselves. They were often attacked in the beginning. Their stores were raided and their women were often taken as slaves. The Shihōin fought back. They trained for years in taijutsu and hand to hand fighting. The skills they learned were very helpful. The raiders started to appear and attack more frequently, but the Shihōin's new skills were too much for the raiders. Even with the small amounts of weapons they carried, the fists of the Shihōin were always more powerful. The raiders gave up on the small clan and decided to get the easier prey of other small towns. They did this for a while, and the Shihōin were peaceful.

Soon after, the Raiders came back. When they arrived the Shihōin were unprepared. They had grown accustomed to the peace, while their eyes evolved into the form they possess now. The raiders brought with them a ninja army. The army gave no warning and easily killed the lookouts without being noticed. The leader of the Shihōin noticed that the lookouts had not reported and sent the women out a secret escape cave with all the teachings of the Shihōin clan. The clan members were killed and the raiders took everything that the clan members owned. The women emerged to find everything destroyed. Over the period of a few years, they rebuilt and prepared themselves. They learned all the original skills of the clan and added onto it. They learned to control their inner energy to increase their power beyond what a human body could possibly do.

Along with that, they started to master materializing that energy into even more useable forms. With these new powers, they sought out the bandits and the ninja clan to destroy them. The women were more powerful than anything the ninja had seen, and they were completely destroyed. Rumors started to spread of the power of their clan. The founders of Kumo asked them to help form the village, and they accepted. As a nobility family in Kumo, the Shihōin developed even more. They mated with males, but kept the secrets of the clan with the females. None of the males were allowed to become true members of the clan. The only female clan flourished in Kumogakure.

Rei was always exceptional at taijutsu. Her clan demanded it, and being the next in line for head of the clan, She was forced to be the very best. Despite her skill in that area, her teachers recognized her potential and added another study for her. They wished her to be a sensory ninja, a good supplement for any squad. She trained hard and increased her skills in this area until she became very skilled. Being a very well trained sensory ninja, Rei has almost a sixth sense about chakra. She can sense chakra from very long distances, and from those distances she can tell how many people there are and even what species they are. She can even sense how powerful ninja are by their chakra. She can sense subtle changes in the direction of chakra flow and use this to fight in low visibility situations. This sixth sense also has connections with her sense of smell. "Good" smelling/feeling chakra Katsumi will be attracted to, while some people have "bad" chakra that repels her from that person. The range of this ability is a 200 meter radius circle from the center of the user.

Rei trained as a child and still trains almost constantly on her taijutsu. This means being a master of her own body. She has weights on her legs that could destroy entire buildings if thrown in the right place. This excruciating weight training has made her almost a specter in her movements. Opponents often only see a blue of her outfit before being killed or being knocked unconscious. Her speed has increased to 40% above her rank, making her exceptionally hard to hit. Opponents have a hard time tracking her movements with their eyes, and even if they could, Their body would have to be trained at a high level to have a chance to counter or react to her attacks.

[b]Description:[/b] Shunko is a style based on the use of both parts of the Shihōin Kekkei Genkai. They first build chakra and materialize it around themselves. The bright white chakra forms tendrils and focuses back on the user's body. From there, the chakra is pressurized through the users body, causing a drastic increase in strength, speed, and reaction time. This boost is not the only bonus and use of the style. It can also be used to defend by extending materialized chakra back outside the body at the point of attack, deflecting and reflecting most any attack if necessary. The materialized chakra can also be used as a weapon, exiting the body at extreme speeds causing a vast array of damage. The basic forms of the style are focused on extreme speed in motion while retaining the fluidity and flexibility to attack from all angles. The user can use a variety of punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. All parts of the body are used as a devastating weapon. The style costs a B ranked jutsu every three posts to keep active. It also causes strain on the body and recovery needs to take place after use.

These 3 cylindrical packages are each in a small place with a break away strap on them. These can quickly be taken off with a whip of a hand and used for traps or sabotage buildings. Dependent on the use, these packages may need to all be used at once, or they can be used separately. Each of them are deep black with symbols on them leading to a white symbol on each individual packages.

These Packages are basically 10 explosive tags sealed and ready to be activated by the user when he/she is ready to use them. They explode with the force of 10 explosive tags and are deadly at close range. They are powerful enough to bring down smaller buildings and take out rooms of people if placed correctly.

These packs were each made by Rei when she saw the need for explosions and didnt need to waste chakra to cause it. These were easy to make and a really simple way to pack a good punch in a quick and easy delivery. The user takes the packages, places a seal on the inside of them and packs them with the 10 explosive tags. They are activated like any other explosive seal.

[b]Appearance:[/b] The bracers are made of a grey metal that covers the entire forearms and back of the hand. These are strapped around on the inside of her arm. The Shin armor consist of a grey metal as well and cover below the knee to the bottom of her shin almost to the arch of her foot. This metal is strapped around her calf. Each of these are hidden by a warmer that is kept in place by navy blue bands.

The bracers and shin guards are made of typical metal and can only be used to block normal blades metals and taijutsu. They possess no outstanding abilities other than the regular defensive capabilities of armor.

The armors were forged in the forges of the Shihōin clan specifically for Rei. She wanted armor to go over her arms and legs for blocking projectiles. Being the head of a noble founding clan of Kumogakure, her wishes were acted on immediately. They took the metal and forged it into interlocking pieces that covered the parts she wanted to cover. They took leather and sewed the armor in the needed places and took iron mesh and underlayed it into the middle. increasing the strength. They were then given to Rei who pronounced she was happy.

Birth and Childhood

Before Rei was born, the Shihōin Clan had a ruthless leader. Asuka was a powerful clan leader with complete control of the clan abilities. One of her drawbacks was her complete lack of care for any other human. She did her job and enjoyed the killing. She did whatever she wanted without care for any of the other clan members. The Shihōin were unhappy with her, but her powers far exceeded any other clan member, so they were forced to live with her actions. When Asuka decided to have a child, she chose a powerful, physically appealing man to have the child with. She cared nothing for him and after she found she was pregnant, she stopped seeing him. He had started to become attached, but Asuka did not care in the slightest. She went through her pregnancy alone, and there were no cheers on the birth of Rei. She looked alot like her mother, while inheriting many even more desired physical characteristics from her father. Asuka was happy with her spawn and took her time recovering. Asuka did not really love Rei, even from the beginning when she was born. She was just not capable of love. She did, however take care of her and had all the Shihōin servants looking over her at all times.

Rei was taught from a young age that she was different from other people. When the other children were running around and playing amongst themselves, Rei was being sheltered by her family. She was kept apart and trained from when she was four. Her body was conditioned for hand to hand combat, and she learned the most basic forms of her mother's taijutsu even when she was just a little girl. Due to this "distance" from the other children, her values developed on their own. Her personality became slightly erratic and she started to set double standards for herself and for society. Her mother entertained these values, as this was originally what she hunted for. At age 6 Asuka enrolled Rei in the academy and taught her the activation of the Shihōin doujutsu. Even at that age, she was able to analyze the movements of the other children and see the errors they had when practicing basic taijutsu outside of class. Most of the students avoided her because of their parents vision and reverence of the Shihōin clan. Rei studied her classes quietly and went home right after.

One day however, a few of the students noticed her watching their taijutsu moves and shaking her head. They became angry and demanded that if she was so high and mighty that she show them how she would do taijutsu. The loudest one of the guys attacked her head on. Before he even knew what happened, she grabbed his arm and threw him over her shoulder with one hand. The other guys just stared in amazement as the other boy landed with his jaw in the dirt. They all frowned and attacked her together. All four of the remaining 10 year old boys punched and Rei's eyes glowed a bright white. She saw the speed of the punches and ducked quickly, spinning her legs under one of the boys. His leg was hit in the side and the knee of that leg hit the other, crumpling him on the ground. She then jumped behind one of them as they noticed their punches came up empty and one of the four was down. Rei continued her assault and hit the one she was behind with a spinning kick to the side of the head. Before he even hit the ground she was slamming both of her hands into the top of the third. The last boy just collapsed and stared at her. Rei's eyes faded back to their golden color and she left without a word.

Word traveled quickly and Asuka heard about Rei's display. She was elated. Her daughter was going to be a powerful force and she knew it. Asuka stepped up her training and made her focus on her Academy studies. Rei continued her study quickly and graduated in record time. The academy was not surprised. They had come to expect such from the Shihōin Clan.

Genin

When Rei first became a genin, Asuka decided it was time to step up her weights. Rei had grown accustomed to them, so their effect was not getting her anything. She stepped up the weight, but the new weights were just ridiculous. Each one of them was extremely heavy, causing a massive crater when she first dropped them to show the effects. Rei stood silently and let her mother put them on. She had long ago given in to her mother's will and listened to her without question. Once they were secure and recovered, Asuka had Rei attempt to walk around the room. Rei could not move her legs very well, but she was able to make slow focused movements. Asuka set another seal that prevented them from being removed. Rei was forced to live with these from now on. She trained, ate, and slept with the massive force against her.

Her new team accepted her despite her young age. They heard great things about her, but were disappointed when they started training. Rei couldnt move at the rate they had been told. She trained hard however, and they stepped training down to her level. It wasnt but a year of small, redundant missions before Rei was able to move at the speed of typical genin with the weights on her legs. They started to do more and more difficult missions. The body guard missions and other higher grade jobs. Rei quietly assumed the role of a foot soldier and followed orders. The missions were completed relatively easily. The sensei of the group was very interested in the style and finesse that Rei fought with. Rei listened to him speak and showed him only the basic forms. He was impressed that such a young girl, younger than almost all academy student graduates and only a year into being a genin could possibly have mastered such a complex and powerful style's basic forms. He had a new respect for her and all of the original disappointment was replaced with reverence for the Shihōin level of skill. After a few more moths he recommended them for the chuunin exam. Rei was only 9 when she was recommended.

The chuunin exams went smoothly for the most part. The tests were easy and Rei was able to pass without really straining her mental capacity. The team mission was a little more exciting. Many teams were fighting against one another. Amidst the chaos, Rei and her team were standing above. They took out a few teams on their own. Expecting to have to carry Rei's weight the others had prepared many special surprises and traps, but they were surprised to find that, while they were scuffed and tired from fighting, Rei's figure was pristine. She had not even been touched by the opponents. They lay in a pile around her while she looked over at the other members. The team test was passed easily enough and they continued to the singles matches to the death unless surrender or unconsciousness occurs before. Rei was matched up with a variety of people. The first two were just normal genin of different villages. She easily rendered them unconscious before they really knew what happened.

The next match however was against a powerful opponent. A kaguya from Kirigakure. Asuka knew the clan by repuation and was prepared ahead of time. She unsealed the weights while Rei was sleeping and let her go to the match with them still on. After the match started, Asuka got up ruffled her kimono she was wearing out of the way and yelled down to her daughter telling her to take the weights off her legs. Rei reached down and removed them. She then tossed them at the kaguya. The kaguya laughed at the small wrap and went to catch it. When it hit his hand, it pulled it back before crashing into the ground behind him with him attached. He slowly got up, dazed by the display. He was amazed but not defeated yet. He pulled a bone sword from his arm and took a fighting stance. Rei was ready to get on with the fight, so she started to move. Slowly running forward, Rei instantly disappeared. The kaguya stared into nothing wondering how this was possible. The jounin around were also amazed. They could follow the movements, but these movements were not that of a genin and they knew it. Rei appeared under the kaguya and delivered a crushing kick to the underside of his body, sending him flying in the air. From there, Rei jumped in the air and in a flash of movement hit the ceiling and pushed back down with all she could muster in her powerful legs. All that force hit the kaguya in the stomach, as a massive kick. The ground cracked and exploded into a crater. The kaguya was left wounded and unconscious  in the center of the crater. Had his bones been weaker, he would have died, but Rei once again emerged victorious without a scratch. All her teammates now knew the reason for her initial sluggishness and thought themselves fools for ever doubting her.

Chuunin

As a Chuunin, Rei began to branch out in her personality behind her mother's back. They still trained and transfered their emotions through battle, but Rei became better at hiding her feelings, even in battle. Her mother knew what she was doing, but she had what she wanted from Rei at the moment, so she left her alone to do what she wanted now and again. She developed a like for women and men, but she preferred women. She started to slowly emerge from her shell due to the fact that she lead her own team. Her subordinates liked her well enough, and made it their mission to have her open up completely. As Rei became more and more social, she developed an insight into the human psyche and body language that was helped by her insight into body movement. She saw that the type of people she wanted to be around were straight forward with their movements and speech. They werent shifty like the liars in the village.

She branched out as far as to start dating. Asuka was furious. Not only was she developing bonds with people like she had originally intended for her not to, but Rei was dating a female. She dated a member of her team named Katsumi. They liked each other, and trusted each other, so the relationship was bound to happen some time or another. Katsumi was older than Rei, but Rei was the higher rank and the leader of the team. This fact would typically effect most relationships, but Rei and Katsumi got along perfectly. Asuka demanded that Rei stop seeing this woman and threatened to have her removed from Rei's team. Rei was mad at this and challenged her mother to a fight. She wanted everything settled in one go, so she arranged everything perfectly. At age 14, Rei was challenging her mother for leadership of the clan, promotion to jounin, and control of her life. Asuka, confident in her ability to beat her daughter accepted the challenge.

Rei removed her weights that had been stepped up since making chuunin and prepared for the battle. Little did Asuka know, Rei stepped the weights up to Asuka's level a while back and had been training in her own style, using the second part of the Shihōin KKG to enhance its effects. Asuka powered up and ran her chakra through her body and prepared for battle. Rei used her own Angel's Visage and prepared for her new style... Shunko. The battle was fierce. Both women were extremely powerful. The battle arena was filled with craters and destroyed surroundings. Both women stood looking at each other tired from the battle. Asuka charged with one of the final forms of her style and slid a powerful fist which tipped Rei's shoulder before she could get all the way out of the way. Her arm was broken, but her spirit was not she focused some chakra into her hand and prepared to use a move she hadn't really practiced yet. Asuka attacked again and brought her arm in for another lightning fast attack. Rei slid her hand under Asuka's and used her new skill. Reversing the flow of chakra in her hand, Rei stopped all movement of Asuka's hand. She had no idea what was happening. Rei jumped into the air and powered up a final attack. Asuka went to dodge, but some of the debris of the area tripped her up. Rei brought down a super powered heel that would have connected with her lower body if she had been able to move, but instead, it connected with her head. Rei watched as Asuka fell, the white glow in her eyes faded, and the light of life faded as well.

Rei had defeated her mother and accidentally killed her as well. Despite what she had done to Rei, Rei still loved her. She was her mother. She was promoted to Jounin and given leader of the clan, but it all felt hollow to Rei.

Jounin

Rei became jounin and has been jounin for 5 years. Her weights were stepped up even further to the point that they could topple a building if dropped on the top. She continues to train in taijutsu and hopes to join the flash force as soon as she can. The clan is flourishing under new leadership but still remains and all female clan. Rei built a small memorial in remembrance of her mother and serves the Raikage loyally. She is still healing from killing her own mother, however accidentally, and opening up to herself and others.

Yuki had always been close to her grandmother. When she was a small girl and her parents were busy with the restaurant, Yuki would go to her home and spend time with her. For some reason, they would always go into the deep forest and practice flowing their energy with nature. To this day, Yuki never understood why her grandmother always loved doing this. She loved nature and seemed to be attracted to it at all times. Nature even seemed to respond back to her. The trees would sway with her movements and the plants would bend to her will. Yuki had been amazed at the time and asked about this connection. Her grandmother did not see the need to explain to her at the time, and so she didn't. Yuki was left to wonder. Her own connection with nature was not to pronounced. Yuki would move to the same timing and exact movements as her grandmother, but the plants just would not answer her the same way that her grandmother commanded. Yuki was saddened by this, but just figured it to be a trick that her grandmother knew and would teach her some day.

It started as a darkened dream where all Yuki could hear was a very faint heartbeat. This dream progressed, night by night, day by day. It started getting longer and more vivid, but still, the rhythmic heartbeat in the dark. Light started to be introduced over a period of weeks. It got brighter and brighter until she was opened to that place in the forest that her grandmother showed her so many years ago. She would start to move and the dream would end. Yuki would wake up and the realness of the dream would reverberate through her being. She could feel the effects throughout the day. Recently, Yuki found out that her grandmother was sick. She had been placed in a hospital. Day after day, she went to visit her grandmother. The old lady still seemed to have the spark of life that she had shown in that forest years ago. The doctors knew different however. She seemed to have some sort of lung disease. They really couldn't tell how it would progress until it showed its next set of symptoms. Soon after that, Yuki's grandmother seemed to start to lose that spark. The glow in her eyes that Yuki had always cherished seemed to fade. Her happy mood turned to a careless look that showed the news of her condition.

Soon after, she started to cough small amounts of blood. Yuki was devastated. She loved her grandmother and wanted to avoid remembering how sick she was, but she visited her often and the dreams. They just wounded her even further. Her grandmother's presence was starting to be introduced into the dream. The sicker she got, the more Yuki could feel her in the dream. She would wake up with tears in her eyes. This continued until the day that she passed on. Yuki woke up from the dream like she normally did, but she was no longer crying. The heartbeat that she normally felt had a comforting feeling that everything would be fine. The embrace of this heartbeat was no longer just a hollow sound. It was an enveloping comfort that Yuki could never hope to describe. She got out of bed and made her way to the hospital. Yuki was sad to see that the doctors were leaving her grandmother's room. When she walked in, her grandmother's eyes were closed and the doctors notified her that she was dead. Yuki didn't cry. This new feeling that reverberated in her body was so pure. She just couldn't feel sad at that moment. She bid her farewells to her grandmother and made her way into the forest.

When she reached the spot that she remembered from those days before, she felt the energy flowing around her like never before. When she did the movements this time, the trees reacted to her movements and felt her energy as well. One tear streamed down her eye and she fell to her knees. Small sapling trees started to grow very slowly around her. She was surprised. Nature had never reacted to her before. Especially like this. She slowly returned to her feet and left the comforting embrace of the forest. When she made it back home, her parents were waiting for her. They explained to her what had happened with her grandmother those years before, and how they had never used the powers that they themselves had as well. Her bloodline controlled nature itself. They were the Senju, master of the Mokuton element. She was surprised herself, but now it all made sense in her mind. Nature was under her control if she could learn to master her own energy.[/list]

Jakaku is a smaller snake. He is only meters ft long and is faster than the other snakes that Rei summons. He is purple with yellow eyes that have a black pupil. His hood has red and black markings on the middle. that resemble eyes. These are just markings used to scare other animals. All of his scales are a dark purple. His fangs are also a dark purple that ooze a yellow toxin that kills quickly.

This snake relented to her will easily and she was able to give it commands from the very beginning. He was very quick and can be used for hit and run tactics or for quick, undetected scouting. Once she defined his abilities, she sent him back to his dimension and set out to summon an even stronger summon.

Shinrei is a larger snake, 25 meters in length. He is brown in color with many off-white bands and belly. His eyes are black as coal giving off the appearance that he is evil. His fangs are bright white in color and ooze the yellow toxin created in his body.

He was very hesitant when he was first summoned. Rei woke him up from a nap in the warm sun, so he was very angry. He instantly attacked. Rei easily saw the attack coming and jumped out of range. He charged again and Rei disappeared from his view so fast he didnt even know what to do. From there she delivered a powerful kick to the top of his head. Thoroughly beaten, Shinrei surrendered to her will and now obeys every command without question when summoned.
